We offer local delivery for orders placed within the Bergamo province. In this case, delivery times are significantly reduced.

We deliver from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM on the following days: Monday through Friday. We will text you to the phone number you provided at checkout to confirm the delivery date.

Pick up in store

You can avoid shipping costs with free local pickup at Piazza M. Chiodi, 16. After you place your order and select local pickup during checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days.

How can I check the status of an order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you don't receive your order within 20 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mainstreetclothing.urban@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will investigate.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us as soon as possible at mainstreetclothing.urban@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo showing the item's condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Pre-Order Products

Products marked with the words "ESTIMATED RELEASE: release date " are not yet in stock but can be pre-ordered . By purchasing a pre-order product, the customer guarantees the item's availability upon arrival.

• The delivery times indicated in the product sheet are estimated based on the information provided by the supplier or manufacturer.

• Shipments will be made as soon as the product is available in our warehouse.

• In the case of mixed orders (ready-to-deliver products + pre-orders), shipment will take place in a single solution , when all products are available, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

• Estimated availability times are indicative and may be subject to variations beyond our control (production, logistics, customs delays).

• In case of delays exceeding 30 days , the customer will be informed and will be able to:

  • Please wait for the item to arrive;

  • Request a replacement with another product;

  • Get a refund of the amount paid.

• Pre-order payment is made at the time of purchase , to guarantee the reservation of the item.

• In case of cancellation of the pre-order by the supplier or unavailability of the product , the amount paid will be refunded in full .

• The right of withdrawal is also valid for pre-order products , under the same conditions provided by the legislation for online purchases.

• The withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receiving the product .
