Returns and Refunds Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Returns are excluded for purchases made in the following sections:
- Limited Edition (Shoes Resell; Apparel Resell)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt of your item. We'll also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or unpaid refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times for a refund to be posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at mainstreetclothing.urban@gmail.com and ship the item to the following address: Piazza Chiodi, 16, Main Street Clothing 24049 Verdello BG Italy.
Shipping
To make a return, send the product to the following address:

You will be responsible for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included.
Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary.
If you need to ship an item valued at more than €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
