What sneakers came out this week?
Nike and Jordan Brand are still in the spotlight this week, which doesn't really reveal any major news. Sneaker enthusiasts will have to wait a few more weeks before getting their hands on any truly noteworthy releases. In the meantime, however, we'd like to point out what we think are the most interesting new entries. The much-rumored Nike Dunk Low in light blue and orange, renamed "Miami Dolphins," has finally seen the light, despite not being an official collaboration between Nike and the Miami-based NFL franchise. Staying on the sports theme, to celebrate the NBA Paris Game 2024, which took place on January 11 at the Accor Arena in Paris, Nike is releasing a special Dunk Low with distinctive elements that highlight the spirit of the event. Finally, a new Jordan 3 Retro "Vintage Floreal" and a new Jordan 2 Retro "Pyton" are adding to the sneaker portfolio of the "23" brand.
Below we show you the shoes with a brief description:
1) Nike Dunk Low Miami Dolphins (01/17/24)
The Nike Dunk Low "Miami Dolphins" stays true to the NFL franchise's colors with a white upper accented with turquoise overlays. Contrasting orange accents appear on the Swoosh and rear tongue. Perforations on the toecap maintain the signature look, while the padded collar provides a comfortable feel the moment you lace them up. A foam wedge housed within a sturdy cupsole keeps you comfortable, while a grippy rubber outsole provides solid underfoot traction.
2) Nike Dunk Low NBA Paris (19/01/24)
The design of the Nike Dunk Low NBA Paris reflects a unique artistic approach, with distinctive elements that highlight the spirit of the NBA Paris Game 2024. The color palette for this special edition is carefully chosen, blending light olive green with elegant white. The black Swoosh offers a striking contrast, reinforcing the overall aesthetic of this shoe. The strategically placed pixelated National Basketball Association graphic on the heel adds an authentic touch tied to the major sporting event, underscoring Nike's commitment to the sport. towards the NBA legacy.
3) Jordan 3 Retro Vintage Floral (01/19/24)
The kitchen is the heart of the home, and in MJ's case, it helped fuel his fire and his legacy. This AJ3 is an ode to family conversations and pregame feasts shared around the table, featuring soft pink hues and floral embellishments inspired by the kitchen wallpaper of his childhood home. Featuring premium materials and touches of Red Stardust, Saturn Gold, and Anthracite, this bold bouquet contains all the ingredients for greatness.
4) Jordan 2 Retro Python (20/01/24)
The Air Jordan 2 Retro 'Python' features a white leather upper with a snakeskin-patterned midfoot overlay outlined with black piping. A black Wings logo is embossed on the tongue, while a crimson block Nike wordmark adorns the rear tongue. A distressed off-white finish is applied to the extended heel and polyurethane midsole, which features an encapsulated Air-Sole unit nestled in the heel.
5) Nike Air Max Plus OG Voltage Purple (2024) (20/01/24)
The Nike TN Air Max Plus is back in its original “Voltage Purple” colorway. The purple hue covers the mesh upper, wrapped in a black plastic cage inspired by the silhouettes of swaying palm trees against colorful Florida skies. Bright orange mini Swooshes stand out on the sides, with the iconic hexagonal TN crest on the heel. The white midsole features orange Tuned Air units in the forefoot and heel, connected by a purple whaletail plate for added stability.
